There are two international airports in Montenegro: Podgorica (TGD) and Tivat (TIV).

Main railroad is Bar - Belgrade, through the border crossing with Serbia. At this moment, railroad from Podgorica to Niksic is under construction, as well as railroad to Albania.
Montenegro is connected with whole the world by the Adriatic Sea, through: Port of Bar, Port of Budva, Port of Kotor, Port of Zelenika (Herceg Novi), Port of Risan, Port of Tivat (Porto Montenegro - under construction).

Upon entry in Montenegro you are obliged to pay ECO TAX.
Domestic and foreign legal and physical persons have to pay a tax for the use of motor vehicles and their trailers, (Eco tax), at a fixed price of:
1) motor vehicles for passenger transport with at least four wheels (category M):
2) heavy goods vehicles with at least four wheels (category N)
